How soon will I get my order and what are the shipping costs?

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, CocoReefSwim.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, Zonos to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose your country in the address field. The items will automatically transfer to the Zonos Cart. You will receive a shipping time estimate before checkout.

Are returns free?
You can return the merchandise through the mail within 30 days from the purchase date. We offer a prepaid USPS shipping label for your convenience; $6.95 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of using our prepaid return label or you may choose to use a shipping carrier of choice. How do I confirm if my returned items have been received?
You will receive an email when your returns are received. Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. We’ll send an email to let you know we’ve processed your return—it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to show up in your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Do you have a price adjustment policy?
Yes, if a purchase you made becomes eligible for a promotion, sale price or special offer within 7 days of your original purchase, we will make a one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price.
What do I do if I receive a defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item from CocoReefSwim.com, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1-844-885-7946 or email us using our contact form. If you received a damaged or defective swimsuit from a retailer please first attempt to return your swimsuit to the original place of purchase. If you're unable to return your product to the original place of purchase, please give us a call at 1-844-885-7946. A photo of the damaged product and original receipt is required in order for us to assist you.

Do you have a catalog?

Why does the care label say do not use in hot tubs or spas?
Hot tubs and spas have high levels of chlorine and other chemicals, these chemicals can cause damage to your swimsuit, therefore we recommend not wearing them in hot tubs or spas.
How do I care for my swimsuit?
You should always rinse your suit in cold, fresh water and line dry. Please follow all care instructions on your swimwear’s care label for the best results.
