Coco Reef Return Policy
In response to COVID-19, we have extended our return policy window to 60 days.
Customers making a return may experience extended processing times due to the COVID-19 pandemic's impact to our operations. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund.
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
Returns will be accepted for items purchased from CocoReefSwim.com only. Items purchased in-store or through other online locations other than CocoReefSwim.com will not be accepted and must be returned to the place of purchase.
If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.
TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL
1. Complete the Return Form attached to the packing slip that you received with your merchandise. If you lose your Return form or one did not come with your package please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 844-885-7946.
2. Indicate the reason for the return and action to be taken
3. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise.
4. Send the package to:

Please note, return mailing expense is not refundable. We do not provide a prepaid return label, please send your package including the Return form via a prepaid, traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number is included.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or an e-gift card . Please note, if an order was purchased using a pre-paid gift card, the refund will go back onto the gift card used. If you no longer have possession of the gift card used, you must let customer service know prior to processing the return and a website e-gift card will be issued, no exceptions.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If a purchase you made becomes eligible for a promotion, sale price or special offer within 7 days of your original purchase, we will make a one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from CocoReefSwim.com , contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1-844-885-7946 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. CocoReefSwim.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.
If you received a damaged or defective swimsuit from a retailer please first attempt to return your swimsuit to the original place of purchase. If you're unable to return your product to the original place of purchase, please give us a call at 1-844-885-7946. A photo of the damaged product and original receipt is required in order for us to assist you.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including color. However, the actual color displayed on your screen will depend on your local computer system and monitor settings. As a result, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
